Parker Place
Parker Place is a mall located in central Richmond. Although it may not attract as many tourists as Richmond Centre, Parker Place is still unique because it gives tourists an insight of the Chinese culture that exists in Richmond. There are a wide variety of shops, including clothing, magazines, electronics, and much more. Another distinct feature of this mall is the four faced Buddha that sits in the middle of the parking lot. As shoppers walk past the statue, some take the time to pay tribute to the Buddha. In addition, the food court is also another major attraction. If you’re ever looking for a cheap, wide variety of food place to dine, the Parker Place food court is the place to be. There are Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Chinese food served in the food court. Parker Place is definitely a place to be when you are visiting Richmond.

Yes I bought "egg pie" last time when I was left alone for 40 minutes waiting for my ride:P
ReplyDeleteI have to agree the food is good!
Poor man's version of Aberdeen, but I think the quality of food is definitely comparable.
